AROMA: interesting, refreshing bitter sweet floral, slightly smoky, nutty, green. Used in making a compound version of Neroli.

A member of the Rutaceae family, an evergreen tree up to ten metres high, with glossy dark green oval leaves and spines. It has white fragrant flowers and small fleshy orange fruit when ripe. Native to China but grows well in the Mediterranean California and Florida. Organically grown: no pesticides or herbicides used.
