A member of the Oleaceae family, an evergreen vine up to ten metres high, with delicate bright green leaves and fragrant, white, star shaped flowers Native to China, northern India and west Asia. It takes one person four hours to pick one kilo of flowers this produces around 1 ml of oil!!
