訂單確認及取消：
・訂單一經確認及付款，恕不接受任何理由取消或修改。
・由於每件商品均為手工精心調配或製作，恕不接受以「製作等候時間過長」或「第三方速遞公司延誤送遞」為由申請取消或退款。
7天有條件換貨服務：
・本店不設退款服務（如遇產品缺貨除外），所有已售出商品僅在符合特定條件下提供換貨。
・自簽收貨品當日起計，我們為顧客提供「7天內有條件換貨」服務。
・為保障雙方權益，收到包裹後請即時檢查產品狀態。如發現問題，請於簽收後 48 小時內透過 WhatsApp (+852 6753 4155) 聯絡我們，並提供訂單編號、問題商品之清晰照片或開箱影片以作核實。
符合換貨之條件：
・商品本身存在瑕疵或損壞（經核實非人為因素造成）。
・開箱即發現之運輸嚴重破損（需於簽收後 48 小時內提供包含外包裝及破損產品的照片/影片證明）。
・錯發商品（商品必須保持全新、未開封及包裝完整）。
・因產品質量問題或發錯商品而產生之換貨順豐運費，將全數由本店承擔。
以下情況恕不接受退換貨：
・超過簽收日起計 7 天之換貨申請。
・錯發之商品已經開封或使用。
・因個人不當拆封、存放不當、跌落等人為因素導致之損壞、污漬或包裝破損。
・個人主觀因素（如：不喜歡該香氣、氣味與個人想像不同、顏色色差等）。
・天然材質特性：老山檀木、崖柏手串及天然玉石之天然紋理、木結、深淺色澤均為自然現象，不屬於瑕疵範圍。
・任何「專屬客製化刻名」之商品。
・特價清貨商品或註明不設退換之指定推廣產品。
ATELIER AROMA HONG KONG 保留對所有退換貨申請之最終審批及決定權。
Order Confirmation & Cancellation:
- Once an order is confirmed and paid, cancellations or amendments are strictly not accepted.
- As our products are handcrafted in small batches, order cancellations due to production lead times or courier delivery delays will not be accommodated.
7-Day Conditional Exchange Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds (except in the case of out-of-stock items). We only provide product exchanges under eligible conditions.
- We offer a 7-day conditional exchange service starting from the date of delivery receipt.
- To protect your rights, please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies or defects, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 6753 4155) within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos/unboxing videos for verification.
Eligible Conditions for Exchange:
- Manufacturing defects or damaged goods (verified as non-human caused).
- Transit damage upon unboxing (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic proof of outer packaging and damaged goods).
- Incorrect items sent (items must remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging).
- Shipping costs for authorized exchanges due to product defects or order errors will be fully covered by ATELIER AROMA.
Non-Exchangeable Conditions:
- Exchange requests made after 7 days from the delivery receipt date.
- Incorrectly delivered items that have been unsealed or used.
- Damage, scratches, stains, or packaging destruction resulting from improper personal unpacking or handling.
- Subjective personal preferences (e.g., fragrance scent differs from personal expectations, slight color variance).
- Natural material characteristics: natural grain patterns, color depths, and markings on Sandalwood, Thuja wood, or Jade stones are inherent qualities and not considered defects.
- Any customized products with bespoke laser engraving services.
- Clearance items or promotional products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
ATELIER AROMA HONG KONG reserves the right of final decision on all exchange and refund requests.
